Experimentation
I have experimented with adding a new layer via the pattern healing tool. I did this by duplicating the layer and adding the 'Dust and scratches' tool. I have decided to not use this feature on my page. I have decided not to use this as I feel that it would be better to keep the stubble/beard in the image because it will be more 'real' because It will follow the representation of the genre which my magazine falls in to.
